Kopnicki earned a pair of All-American citations this past weekend at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships as he placed seventh in the one-mile run and then was part of the seventh-place distance medley relay team. In the mile, he finished with a time of 4:13.20 and in the DMR helped the Lions boast a time of 10:06.96.
