The College of New Jersey is committed to offering its student-athletes the very best in development. The strength and conditioning program is directed by Addison Savela and his mission to optimize the potential of each individual both physically and mentally to achieve elite performance and character. The training programs are conducted in a safe and positive environment with an emphasis on injury prevention and reduction, discipline, organized programming and educational teachings.
