The strength and conditioning program is directed by Addison Savela and his mission to optimize the potential of each individual both physically and mentally to achieve elite performance and character. The training programs are conducted in a safe and positive environment with an emphasis on injury prevention and reduction, discipline, organized programming and educational teachings.

TCNJ Strength and Conditioning Goals and Principles

The goals of the strength and condition program are simple. They are to 1) enhance athletic performance, 2) decrease injuries and 3) build a better athlete. These objectives are reached by following our strength and conditioning principles list below.
