Waite set an NJAC meet record at the conference championship in the mile with a time of 4:18.11 and added a third-place finish in the 3,000 meters with a clocking of 9:00.81. He capped his week by winning the 1,000 meters at the NYU FasTrack Invitational establishing a school record with a time of 2:28.00.
