Medvecky started the 2009-10 season in fine fashion winning two individual events and being part of two more winning relay teams as the Lions beat Montclair State, 154-90. He won the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:58.22 and also claimed the 100-yard fly with time of 53.24. Medvercky was also part of the winning 200 medley and 400 free relays.
