Tasco ran a NCAA provisional time of 1:52.65 in the 800 meters as he placed 21^st overall in the large field of 69 competitors, including several NCAA Division I runners. That was also a personal-best time as he ran the event at the Swarthmore Last Chance Invite. Tasco was also the New Jersey Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week.
