D'Aiutolo did not waste any time making his mark in the season-opener, setting a program record to win the triple jump at the Danny Curran Invitational.  He topped the field of 21 with a leap of 46' 8.25". He broke his own record that he set as a freshman in 2010. D'Aiutolo also finished fifth out of 70 runners in the 400-meter event. He crossed the finish line in 50.48 seconds and narrowly missed an ECAC qualifier. He also contributed to a second-place finish in the 4x400 relay.
