Lucchesi put forth a clutch performance at the 2013 NCAA Division III Regional Championships to earn a qualifying spot at the national championships later this month. She placed third in the 1-meter event with a score of 480.85. That finish was the best amongst divers who had not yet qualified and gave her one of five spots granted in the Region 4 tournament held at Ithaca College. Lucchesi placed seventh in the 3-meter
