Cooper was a double-winner against Babson as the Lions opened the NCAA Tournament with a 5-1 win over Babson. Cooper's 7-5, 6-3 triumph at fifth singles was the deciding win of the match, and he also was part of the winning third doubles team. TCNJ had a tremendous season with 15 wins, one shy of tying a school record.
