Ary won the 400 meters at the John Covert Classic hosted by Lehigh University with a time of 59.94 seconds, making her the only runner to cross the finish line in under a minute. She was also part of the winning 4x400 relay team that combined for a swift time of 4:01.11. In both events, Ary boasted ECAC qualifying marks.
