Katie La Capria excelled at the Ross and Sharon Invitaional this past weekend. She ran a 2:16.72 in the 800 meter to take third place out of 26 runners. That time is the fastest in the New Jersey Athletic Conference, and the sixth best mark in the nation. She also ran a leg in the 4x400 relay team that took 5th place with a time of 4:05.80.
