Michael Walley pitched a gem in the Lions’ 7-0 game two win over conference foe William Paterson University on Saturday. The junior right-hander tossed a complete game shutout. Walley racked up four strikeouts and did not walk any batters to shut down the Pioneer offense. He only allowed five hits, and no baserunners advanced to third base the entire game. On the season, Walley is now 5-0 with a 1.76 ERA. The five wins lead the squad.
