Forsman played a big role in the Lions claiming their second straight Metropolitan Conference Championships as the senior set a school record in the 100 butterfly (49.90 seconds) and was part of three relay teams that also set new school marks. He was also part of the record-setting 200 and 400 medley relays along with the 400 freestyle relay.
