Ewing, NJ… The College of New Jersey women's tennis team rolled to their ninth straight win to open the season, defeating SUNY Geneseo 9-0 Friday afternoon. The Lions have won 77 of 81 matches so far this season on their way to a 9-0 start. The Knights now sit at 9-6 on the year.

Sneha Rangu (East Windsor, NJ/Mercer County Health Science Academy) and
Alyssa Baldi (Mahwah, NJ/Mahwah) earned an 8-2 win in doubles before each taking a 6-0, 6-0 win in singles.
Maddy Stoner (Ewing, NJ/Ewing) and
Audrey Chen (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor North) combined for an 8-0 win in doubles.

Sondra Lionetti (Clarks Summit, PA/Abington Heights) earned her first collegiate win at fifth doubles, winning 6-2, 6-1.
