EWING, N.J. – The College of New Jersey wrestling team extended its dual winning streak to 14 Friday night defeating Centenary University (N.J.) 28-12 in Packer Hall. For the 13
th-ranked Lions (14-1), it was their first win over the Cyclones (1-8) since the 2015-16 season.

Dan Ortega got the match off to a quick start for the Lions. Ortega was on top for over four minutes in the match, riding out the final period to secure a bonus point.
Jake Giordano followed by receiving a forfeit that put TCNJ up double digits after the opening two bouts.

At 141,
Robert Dinger earned a takedown in each period on his way to a decision victory, his team leading 27
th win this season.
Ryan Budzek extended the lead, earning a bonus point with the major decision.

The Cyclones fought back with a pair of victories that cut the score to 17-6, but the Lions got back-to-back victories from
Dan Kilroy and
Quinn Haddad put the match out of reach.
