HOPEWELL, N.J. – The College of New Jersey men's tennis team continued its strong start to the 2018-19 season, defeating Dickinson College 9-0 Saturday afternoon. The 30
th-ranked Lions improved to 3-0 on the season, while the Red Devils dropped to 2-3.

TCNJ swept doubles play behind strong efforts from all three duos.
Matt Puig and Gokul Murugessan led the way with an 8-2 victory at number three.
Matthew Michibata and
Tim Gavornik as well as
Thomas Wright and
Mitchel Sanders earned matching 8-4 wins at number one and number two respectively.

In singles play, Gavornik, Puig,
Mikhael Kadyrkaev, and
Nikola Kilibarda each won in straight sets. Kilibarda had the strongest day for the Lions dropping just a single game at number six.

The Lions will have a quick turnaround when they host Franklin & Marshall College tomorrow morning at 11 a.m.
