EWING, N.J. – The College of New Jersey men's tennis team swept doubles play on their way to an 8-1 victory over Ithaca College Saturday. The 28
th-ranked Lions improved to 10-1 on the season, while the Bombers fell to 3-8.

The Lions won 8-1 at number one behind a strong effort from
Tim Gavornik and
Matthew Michibata. At number two,
Mitchel Sanders and
Thomas Wright combined for an 8-2 win.
Matt Puig and
Andrew Mok earned the win at number three, 8-5.

Justin Wain earned the first singles win for the Lions at number three in straight sets. Sanders clinched the match at number one in straight sets. Puig and Wright also won in straight sets.

TCNJ returns to action tomorrow morning when it hosts North Carolina Wesleyan at 11 a.m.
