EWING, N.J. – The College of New Jersey women's tennis team swept singles play on their way to an 8-1 victory Saturday over Ithaca College. The 28
th-ranked Lions improved to 13-3 on the season, while the Bombers fell to 0-9.

TCNJ took a 2-0 lead in doubles play with wins from
Liya Davidov and
Katrine Luddy, as well as
Grace Minassian and
Alyssa Baldi.

The Lions did not drop a set in singles play. Minassian won her opening set 6-0 before her opponent retired, then
Julia Yoon won 6-0, 6-0 at number six. Baldi would get the clinching win 6-2, 6-3 at number three.

TCNJ returns to action tomorrow morning when it hosts North Carolina Wesleyan at 11 a.m.
