Women's Soccer Rolls at Ramapo

MAHWAH, N.J. – The No. 10 TCNJ women's soccer team used a goal in the final minute of the first half to springboard its way to a 4-0 rout at Ramapo on Saturday.

Ava Curtis scored a goal and assisted on another, while Rachel Robichaud and Ella Van Dine opened their season accounts for the Lions (10-0-2, 3-0), who remained unbeaten on the year and enjoyed a carefree ending after opening conference play with back-to-back one-goal victories.

TCNJ put the Roadrunners under immense pressure from the kickoff, but was unable to find the back of the net until just 41 seconds remained in the first half. Curtis sent a long cross from the right side to Cassidy DiSabato, who finished it off for a hard-earned 1-0 lead on the Lions' 20th shot of the day.

The floodgates opened in the second half, starting with Van Dine's goal in the 53rd minute off the first career assist from Bella Norman.

Curtis converted a penalty kick in the 64th minute, and Robichaud capped the scoring on an assist from Maggie Murphy with just under 20 minutes remaining.
