Women's Tennis Sweeps Stevens in Spring Opener

EWING, N.J. – The TCNJ women's tennis team served up an impressive sweep in its spring opener on Saturday, rolling past Stevens, 9-0, inside the Rec Center.
 
DOUBLES SINGLES
  • Abalos handled Untermeyer 6-2, 6-1 at No. 1
  • Albert downed Dry 6-4, 6-2 at No. 2
  • Eisenberg edged Polina Odintseva 7-5, 7-6 (3) in the closest match of the day
  • Priyadarshini took down Lorena Piegas 6-1, 6-1 at No. 4
  • Warner knocked off Anya Sharma 6-3, 6-1 at No. 5
  • Robinson emerged from a tough second set with a 6-0, 7-5 defeat of Emma Eguia at No. 6
