EWING, N.J. – The TCNJ women's tennis team completed a strong weekend with a 6-3 victory over Union inside the Rec Center on Saturday.
 
FOR THE RECORD

• The Lions moved to 3-0 on the young spring season, while Union dropped to 1-1

DOUBLES

• TCNJ went down 1-0 with a loss at No. 3 doubles, but rallied to take the two remaining courts
• Zoey Albert and Chase Eisenberg leveled the match with an 8-5 win at No. 1, and Aira Abalos and Marcella Warner took the rubber match, 8-4, at No. 2

SINGLES

• Prisha Priyadarshini was first off the singles courts with a 6-2, 6-1 victory at No. 4
• Albert followed with a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 2, and Abalos clinched the match with a 6-1, 6-4 defeat of her opponent at No. 1 singles
• The Garnet Chargers picked up wins at No. 3 and No. 6, but Marcella Warner grabbed a 6-3, 6-4 triumph at No. 5
