EWING, N.J. – The No. 22 TCNJ men's tennis team bounced back from its first loss of the season to power past Drew, 8-1, in a Sunday Senior Day showdown.
Matthew Michibata and
Adrian Tsui were recognized before the match for their decorated careers and proceeded to go 3-0 combined between them as the Lions shook off a 6-3 setback at the hands of Salisbury less than 24 hours prior.
Brett Schuster won in straight sets at No. 6 singles for his 50
th career victory.

DOUBLES
- Michibata and Maitland-Carter rolled to an 8-2 win in the No. 1 flight
- Drew evened the score with an 8-4 victory at No. 2, but Aayush Kishore and Asa Wong got things back on track with an 8-5 defeat of Jack Polvere and Shivi Perera at No. 3
SINGLES
- TCNJ dominated singles play, with only one set closer than 6-2 across the six flights
- Michibata was a 6-2, 6-2 winner at No. 1
- Tsui cruised to a 6-0, 6-2 triumph at No. 2
- Kishore was a 6-2, 6-1 winner at No. 3
- Maitland-Carter toughed out a tight first set for a 6-4, 6-1 victory against Joshua Thomas at No. 4
- Schuster notched his milestone victory at No. 5, downing Perera 6-1, 6-1
- Wong recorded a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 6 in his first singles action of the season

- Michibata tied assistant coach Michael Klimchak '08 for third on the all-time singles wins list with 75; he is already the program's all-time leader in overall wins (158) and doubles wins (83)
- Tsui improved his career singles record to a sparkling 47-14
