EWING, N.J. – The TCNJ women's tennis team extended its remarkable run of NJAC championships with a 4-0 sweep of Stockton on Saturday at the Tennis Complex.
 
With the victory over the second-seeded Ospreys, the Lions (12-6) ran their streak of NJAC titles to 42 – the longest known conference championship streak in the NCAA.

DOUBLES

• With Stockton forfeiting at number three, the Lions needed just one court to clinch the doubles point. They got it from Zoey Albert and Shruti Mannan, who scored a 6-1 win at number one
• Aira Abalos and Gabrielle Brideau almost got to the finish line first, settling for a 5-2 lead when TCNJ's top tandem secured the point

SINGLES

• Stockton forfeited at number five and number six, leaving just one court to clinch for TCNJ
• Gabriella Robinson won the race for the clincher with a 6-0, 6-0 double-bagel at No. 4
• Abalos was closest to a win, leading 6-0, 4-2 at No. 2
• Albert (No. 1) and Mannan (No. 3) were both up a set and 3-0 when Robinson secured the title
