rd at the Metro Region Championships (11/13) ... Also finished 5
th overall at the Moravian Invitational (9/17) ... Finished 7
th at the NJAC Championships in the spring to earn first team all-conference recognition
2019 (FRESHMAN): NJAC Rookie of the Week (9/16)… Finished 71
st at the NJAC Cross Country Championships… set a personal best of 27:11.0 in the 8K at the Highlander Tech XC Challenge (10/5) … Marked a PR 19:18.3 in the 6K at the TCNJ XC Invitational (9/13) … Set a personal best of 13:19.4 in the 4K at the 2019 Blue Gold Invitational (8/31)
