2023 (SENIOR): Named the NJAC Diver of the Year...First Team All-NJAC (1-meter dive, 3-meter dive)...Selected as the METs Diver of the meet...Competed in the NCAA Diving Regionals, finishing seventh in the 3-meter dive and eighth in the 1-meter dive...Set new school records in the 1-meter 6 dive (337.65), 10 dive (495.15) and 11 dives (548.63). 

2022 (JUNIOR): Named the NJAC Diver of the Year...First Team All-NJAC (1-meter dive, 3-meter dive)...named the METs Diver of the meet...Led the NJAC with top scores of 441.96 in the 1-meter dive (2/19) and 449.95 in the 3-meter dive (2/17)

2021 (SOPHOMORE): NJAC Diver of the Year...First Team All-NJAC (1-meter dive, 3-meter dive).

2020 (FRESHMAN): Second-Team All-NJAC 1-meter… Second-Team All-NJAC 3-meter… NCAA Regional Qualifier 1-meter and 3-meter… two-time NJAC Diver of the Week (11/4, 12/9)… finished second in the 1-meter at the 2020 METs… finished second in the 3-meter at the 2020 METs… set a personal best of 438.75 on the 1-meter at the USMMA Invite… set a personal best of 437.43 on the 3-meter at the 2020 METs

BEFORE TCNJ? Competed in diving and played field hockey at Cherry Hill East High School...Named as MVP Diver...Named for second-team All-Conference for Field Hockey and Diving.

PERSONAL: Born July 4, 2001...Parents are Gui and Katryn Valladares...Has one sibling, Lucas...Dad played soccer at McDanielle College, Mom was the diving coach at schools such as Drexel, Loyola Md., etc...Biggest athletic thrill was fighting for a spot at Nationals...Plans to pursue pro-freestyle snowboarding when she graduates...Favorite pre-meet foods are fruit, veggies and pasta salad, favorite post-meet meal are steak tacos from La Taquenia...Favorite athlete is Ray Lewis...Presented research at the Kentucky Conference on Health Communication......Is a certified RAD women (self-defense) instructor.
