Named 2005 NJAC All-Conference and All-Atlantic Region Teams in cross country.
Was a top 50 finisher at the 2005 NCAA Cross Country Championships.
Was the top runner on the 2004 cross country team and took runner up honors at the 2004 NCAA Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championship.
Won 2004 NJAC Cross Country Championships and was named the 2004 NJAC Runner-of the-Year.
Was a member of TCNJ’s National Cross Country Team in 2003.
Was member of the Atlantic Region All-Region Teams in the 2003 and 2004.
Named to the 2003 and 2004 NJAC All-Conferenfec Indoor Track Teams in the 3,000 meters.
