Frank Fiorilli enters his senior season as the centerpiece of the Lions' defensive unit. As a sophomore, he started all 20 games in the Lions' backfield. His positioning on the defensive side of the ball is extremely good. As a junior, he earned the team's Defensive Player of the Year honor after a stellar campaign. His skills and style of play were instrumental in the accomplishments of the team in both 2005 and 2006 as he helped anchor a young backfield.

He possesses a tremendous ability to position himself on the defensive side of the ball and has the ability to anticipate plays and eliminate opportunities before they become dangerous. He was a 15-game starter last fall having played in all 16 games with a goal and a pair of assists. He was tapped for the 2006 NJAC Honorable Mention Team in the backfield. His leadership both on and off the field will be vital in establishing the good mentality that is needed for a successful campaign.

As a freshman, in 2004, he started 13 of the 14 games he played, but was sidelined with a head injury that kept him out of the lineup for four games. While on the field, he helped solidify a defense that allowed 1.32 goals per game in 2004 and only 1.04 goals per game a year ago, while helping the 2005 team post six shutouts. His ability to read the game from the backfield and defend well, make him an integral part of the Lions' future.

As a former team member of the Jersey Knights Nomads club team with current Lion team member, Joe McGinley, helped the squad earn three state championships. He is majoring in business finance at TCNJ and now has a 3.26 GPA. He earned a spot on the 2005-2006 NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention Team and is also a TCNJ Scholar-Athlete honoree. Fiorilli will be a candidate for the ESPN The Magazine CoSIDA Academic All-America Team this year.
