2014 Outdoor: Ran a PR in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier running 9:50.34…Placed 8th in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NJAC Championships.
2013-2014 Indoor: Ran a PR of 9:05.00 in the 3000 meter run at the Lafayette/Rider Winter games… Placed 6th in the 3000 meter run at the NJAC Championships (9:08.14)…Ran a PR of 4:36.46 in the Mile at the TCNJ vs. Rider Dual Meet.
2013 Outdoor: Ran a season best time of 10:37.09 in the 3000 meter Steeplechase at the NJAC Championships.
2012-2013 Indoor: Ran a season best time of 4:38.46 in the Mile at the TCNJ vs Rider Dual Meet. Ran the 1200 leg on the NJAC winning DMR.
2012 Outdoor: Ran a season best time of 11:18.55 in the 3000 meter Steeplechase at the NJAC Championships.
