2014/15 Indoor-2015 Outdoor- Ran an Indoor 3000m PR of 8:47.18 at the NYC Gotham Cup . . . Following with a 4:28.44 PR in the Mile at the Road Runner Tune-Up. . .Competing Outdoors in the 3000m Steeple Chase gaining a PR of 9:20.55 at the Larry Ellis Meet. . .Finishing the season placing 3rd in the 5000m at NJACS Outdoor Conference Championships with a PR of 15:27.60 and an Honorable Mention in the 2015 Men’s All-Conference Team
2014 Outdoor: Won the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NJAC Championships in a time of 9:38.72. Placed 5th in the 5000 at the NJAC Championships in a PR of 15:57.84…Ran a PR in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier in a time of 9:29.26…Ran a PR in the 1500 at the TCNJ Invitational in a time of 4:09.98.
2013-2014 Indoor: Ran a PR of 8:55.33 in the 3000 at the NJAC Championship and placed 4th. Ran a PR in the Mile of 4:30.91 at the TCNJ vs. Rider Dual meet.
2013 Outdoor: Placed 2nd at the NJAC Championships, running a PR of 9:44.07 in the 3000 meter steeplechase. That performance earned him 2nd Team-All NJAC honors.
2012-2013 Indoor: Ran a season best time of 9:13.62 in the 3000 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational… Ran a PR in the 5,000 at the NJAC Championships by running 16:14.98.
