Biography

2015/16 Indoor-2016 Outdoor- In her first season with the Lions, Heft achieved a PR of 3.24m in the Pole Vault at the TCNJ vs Rider Dual Meet earning a 2nd place finish

2016/17 Indoor- 2017 Outdoor- Heft competed in the pole vault where she had a third place finish at the 2017 TCNJ Invitational.
