Biography

2014: Christian made his mark on TCNJ baseball by stroking an RBI-double in his first collegiate at bat. He was sure-handed at first base and a threat at the plate, demonstrating his power and ability to put the ball in play throughout the season.

2015: Played in nine games for the Lions, starting three at first base… Drove in a run and scored a run against Centenary College … Delivered a single in a victory over the College at Brockport. ... Stroked a single and drove in a run at Montclair State… Alex is a member of the Dean’s List and a TCNJ Scholar-Athlete.

2016: Starting 41 games as the Lions primary first baseman, Christian was a staple in the 6 hole for the Lions each day. Consistent throughout Christian hit .327, stroked 52 hits, knocked in 35 runs and launched a pair of round trippers against Widener and NJAC opponent Ramapo.  A vacuum at 1B Christian only committed 2 errors, fielding .992.  A member of the Dean's List and a NJAC scholar Athlete, Christian was awarded for his work on and off the field with a spot on the CoSIDA All-District 2 First Team.
