2019-20 (Junior): national indoor qualifier in the mile… first-team All-NJAC mile… second-team All-NJAC 3,000 meters… two-time NJAC Track Athlete of the week (2/17 and 3/9)… set a personal best of 8:42.38 in the 3,000 meters at the Ramapo Indoor Opener… set a personal best of 1:56.77 in the 800 meters at the Stockton dual… set a personal best of 4:12.53 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational
2017-18 Indoor/2018 Outdoor… Abrams, in his first season with the Lions ran a top time of 2:33.95 in the 1000 at the NYC Gotham Cup… Also set a top mark of 4:21.76 in the mile at the NJAC Championships… Ran a leg of the 4x800 relay squad that took home All-NJAC Second Team Honors… (Outdoor) Set a best time of 3:56.83 running the 1500 at the Lions’ Invitational…. Ran a season best of 8:48.30 in the 3000 meter at the TCNJ Invitational…Abrams’ best time in the 5k came in the Swarthmore Final Qualifier as he ran a 14:52.71… Received All-NJAC Second Team Honors in the 5k.
