2019-20 (Sophomore): All-NJAC honorable mention 3,000 meters… set a personal best of 4:24.88 in the mile at the Ramapo Indoor Opener… set a personal best of 8:39.24 in the 3,000 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational
BEFORE TCNJ- Ran cross country and track at Delsea Regional High School... Was a champion in the 4x800 team in the Meet of Champions for track... Was involved in the school newspaper and was the class valedictorian.
PERSONAL- Biggest athletic thrill was winning in the Meet of Champions and running in the Emerging Elite Nationals... Has a hidden talent of shaking his eyes... favorite athlete is himself.
