Returning for his 27th season as an assistant coach for Rick Dell, is Bill Dearden. He will once again continue as the Lions' hitting and outfield coach. A former manager of an American Legion squad and assistant coach at Notre Dame High School, Dearden was a stand-out player for Mercer County College playing outfield for the Vikings.

He is married to Melissa Dearden and is the father of Tyler and Aaron. They reside in Lumberton, NJ.
