Woodrow has gained a lot of experience as a coach and clinician in his short, yet budding career. In addition to his work at TCNJ, he served as pitching coach for the Trenton Generals in the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League in 2012. Woodrow has been a hitting and catching instructor at the Dave Gallagher Baseball Academy for five years and has worked at elite baseball showcases at Diamond Nation and Gallagher Baseball.
A valued instructor at camps and clinics, Woodrow has offered his expertise at TCNJ, Mercer County Community College, and Gallagher Baseball along with local youth camps in the Mercer County area.
In addition to his baseball pedigree, Woodrow assists with budgeting and scheduling for the Lions baseball program, recruitment of prospective student-athletes, and camp/clinic planning and facilitation. In his role as grad assistant to the director of athletics at TCNJ, he managed concessions at all athletic events, assisted in game operations, and assisted in facilitating travel for away events.
Woodrow played college baseball baseball at the Division I level for Rider University. A catcher for the Broncs from 2007-2010, Woodrow started 114 games for the Broncs appearing in 144 overall. He compiled 91 career hits, drove in 54 runs, and had a fielding percentage of .983 behind the plate. Woodrow competed in a pair of NCAA Regional tournaments for Rider, visiting Cal State Fullerton in 2008 and the University of Texas in 2010.
Woodrow graduated from Hamilton West High School.
