Frank Collazo joined the TCNJ baseball staff as Assistant Coach and Pitching Coach in 2026, bringing more than a decade of coaching experience across the collegiate ranks and a strong reputation for developing players and producing championship-caliber teams.
Collazo began his collegiate coaching career at Felician University in 2012, where he remained through the 2018 season. He then spent the 2018 campaign at Brookdale Community College, helping guide the Jersey Blues to a NJCAA regional semifinal appearance.
In 2019, he returned to Felician as Pitching Coach before moving on to Stockton University, where he served from 2020–2023 and gained valuable NJAC coaching experience.Â
Collazo most recently coached at Felician again from 2024–2025, playing a pivotal role in the program’s historic run to the Division II College World Series.
During his time at Felician, Collazo helped guide the Golden Falcons to two Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) titles (2014, 2016) and five NCAA Regional appearances (2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2025), including the program's first Super Regional title and CWS appearance in 2025.
