Wojtek Kochan joined interim head coach PJ Ringel's staff for the 2024 season.
Kochan brings nearly two decades of coaching experience, much of that time spent moving up the ranks at CTR Soccer. He served as Goalkeeping Director for the club from 2011 to 2015 before becoming the goalkeeping coach for Marlboro SA Warriors, a top-10 club team in the country. Kochan helped lead the Warriors to a club national championship in 2016 and a runner-up finish in 2017.
Kochan served as CTR Soccer's Technical Director from 2017 to 2022, managing more than 20 trainers and their practices as well as evaluating 30 hours of training sessions per week. In 2023, he became the Director of Coaching for CTR Soccer, a role that includes oversight of 30 teams and coaches; the recruitment and assignment of trainers to those teams; scheduling tryouts and practice sessions; and engaging with township boards to ensure adherence to proper protocols.
As a player, Kochan was a 2010 NJYS state champion and 2011 NJYS state finalist as a goalkeeper with Marlboro SA, also capturing Dallas Cup and Disney Showcase titles in 2010.
Kochan holds an 'F' license from the United States Soccer Federation.
