The team's top returning scorer from a year ago, Ryan McMann had 14 points last year on six goals and a pair of assists. Coach Nazario will be looking for him to amplify his scoring output this season should the team expect to return to the top half of the conference and post-season play. A clinical finisher around the box, his work rate will determine will be the key to his scoring success this year.

As a rookie, he contributed six points on a goal and four assists in 19 games played. He made three starts that year and helped the Lions outscore their opponents by a 35-24 margin in 20 games played.

A secondary math education major at TCNJ, McMann plans to pursue a career in teaching and coaching upon graduation from college. He is a former three-sport stand-out from Waldwick High, where he excelled in soccer, basketball and tennis, earning nine varsity letters.
