Joining the Lions' staff in 2014, Schneider will serve as an assistant coach to Brian Bishop and the men's swimming program after an exceptional career as a swimmer at TCNJ.

Schneider was a sprint free specialist for the Lions from 2009-10 through 2012-13. He was a 14-time All-American at the college. Schneider qualified all four years for the national championships in the 50-free with a top finish of 9th place at the 2011 championships. He also captured honors in the 200- and 400-free and relay events.

In his senior year, Schneider was named 2012-13 NJAC Swimmer of the Year. He still holds the program record in the 50-free with a time of 20.22 as well as being a member of the 200-free relay teams that set the TCNJ record with a finish of 1:30.73.
