At the 2007 NCAA’s, senior Lee Swanson capped her stellar career after earning her third All-America citation. As a junior, she placed third in both the one-meter and three-meter events at METs and then went on to become at All-American on the three-meter board, while just missing out on that same recognition on the one-meter. She placed 15th at the 2007 NCAA’s in both the one and three meter events. Kristen Simms ‘04 capped off a stellar career with eight total All-America awards and became the program’s most decorated female diver.  Andrew Kasney ’03 became TCNJ’s most decorated men’s diver as Kasney finished as the national runner-up in the three meter and placed third in the one meter at the 2003 NCAA Championships to end his career with five All-America citations.  In 1997, Gottlieb was named the Division III Diving Coach of the Year after Diane Maiese captured the one-meter event and was an All-American in the three-meter event as well. She was selected as the 2003 MET Diving Coach of the Year.

Along with her coaching duties at the College, she is also involved with the Blue Dolphin Diving Club. Gottlieb is a former vice president of junior diving for United States Diving. She was the founder of the South Jersey Diving Club and was a member of the Junior Olympic International Committee from 1998 to 2000, of which she was the chair in 2000. Gottlieb was appointed by the U.S. Olympic International Committee as an international liaison for all international trips for both the junior and senior squads. She is also a FINA international judge.
