2023 (FRESHMAN): NCAA All-American (800m Freestyle Relay, 1650m Freestyle, 400 IM), NCAA Qualifier in the 500 Free...Finished sixth at the NCAA Championships in the 400 IM...Named the NJAC Rookie of the Year...Also selected as the METs Rookie of the Meet...First team All-NJAC (500 Free, 1650 Free, 800 Free Relay)...Second team All-NJAC (400 IM)...Set program records in both the 1650 Free and the 400 IM at the NCAA Championships. 

BEFORE TCNJ: Competed in club swimming with the Berkeley Aquatic Club swim team...Two-time recipient of the USA Swimming Scholastic All-American Award for excellence in the classroom and for achieving a USA Swimming Winter Junior qualifying time....Was involved in the USA Swimming governance as an Eastern Zone Athlete Representative.

PERSONAL: Born October 2nd...Parents are Meredith and Tristan Formon...Has three siblings, Tamsin, Nicola and Robin...Dad swam at Loughborough University in England...Biggest athletic thrill was competing at the TYR Pro Series with some Olympians...Favorite athlete is Michael Phelps...Favorite pre-meet foods include cereal, granola bars and bagels, favorite post-meet food includes pasta, chicken, salmon and mashed potatoes...Hidden talent is juggling...Something people may not know is that he is a dual US-UK citizen and has visited the UK 17 times.
