Entering third year as assistant coach in 2020-21
Christian Guevara remains with the Lions coaching staff to begin the 2020-21 season. Guevara is the head coach at the Peak Tennis Academy NJ. When away from TCNJ, Guevara is a hitting partner to ATP World #1 and 14-time Grand Slam Champion Novak Djokovic, former world #3 Grigor Dimitrov, former world #4 Sebastian Grosjean, former world #7 Richard Gasquet, former world #14 Ivo Karlovic, former world #33 Denis Istomin, and former world #1 and three-time Grand Slam Champion Jennifer Capriati.
Guevara reached a career high of 941 in the World ATP Singles Rankings and was ranked as high as 624 in doubles. He is the current #1 in the USTA Men's 30+ and won the Men's 30+ Grass Court and Clay Court Nationals in 2018.
