Former three-time All-American Michael Klimchak enters his 18th season with the Lions in 2025-26. He starred for the Lions from 2004-2008 and earned ITA and NCAA All-America honors in 2007 in singles, while also earning two appearances in the NCAA’s in the doubles championships as well during his career.
 
A two-time ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District honoree, Klimchak secured All-America honors for himself from the ITA after taking seventh at the 2007 ITA National Small College Championships in October. He earned NCAA All-America honors after advancing to the quarterfinals of the 2008 NCAA Division III Singles Championships at Bates College (Lewiston, ME).  At the end of his senior season, he finished #7 in the country for singles as well as #7 in the country for doubles with partner Roger Mosteller.
 
Klimchak concluded his collegiate career having advanced farther than any other Lion men’s tennis player in program history. Over the course of his last season, Klimchak produced a record of 19-11 in singles action, and finished his TCNJ career with a combined record of 144-44 in both singles and doubles. 
 
Klimchak ranks 2nd all-time in combined wins and fourth in both singles wins (75) and doubles wins (69).
