2017-18 Indoor/2018 Outdoor… In his freshman season, Byrnes ran a top time of 2:45.86 in the NYC Gotham Cup in the 1000… Achieved a season best time in the mile at the Lehigh John Covert Classic as he ran a 4:44.49… In the NJAC Championships, Byrnes set a top mark of 16:44.91 in the 5000… (Outdoor) Byrnes earned a best time of 4:20.92 in the 1500 at the Stockton Invitational… Saw another top time come in the 3000 steeplechase as he ran a 10:27.46 in the NJAC Championships.
