Davis returned to the Lions' coaching staff in 2000 and that season the pitching staff led the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) White Division with an ERA of 1.57.  She has coached four All-Americans at the College, including two-time All-American Gina LaMandre.  LaMandre is currently in her ninth year as the head coach of the University of Maryland softball squad.

A 1982 graduate of Temple University, Davis set records for most strikeouts with 134 in 96 innings and lowest ERA with 0.07 at Temple.

She is the co-director of the Lions’ Softball Camp held at TCNJ, which was started in 1989.
