Major: Elementary Education/ History

2013: Started all 39 games she played…Earned All-NJAC Honorable Mention…Named the NJAC Rookie of the Week (4/15)…Notched a hit in her first game for the Lions against RPI…Had nine multiple-hit games, including a 3-for-4 performance with three runs scored and three RBI in a conference win over New Jersey City University…Went 4-for-8 in a doubleheader against top-ranked Montclair State.

2014: Named Al-NJAC First Team…Picked a pair of three-hit games during the season with the first against Alvernia University and the other against New Jersey City University…Went 4-for-7 with two runs batted in during a doubleheader sweep of NJCU…Boasted an impressive .990 fielding percentage in 204 chances…Led the NJAC in pick-off with six and also cut down eight potential base stealers.

2015: Started all in all 32 games she played in…Earned Second-Team All-NJAC Honors behind the plate…Went 2-for-4 with a double while knocking in a run in a game against Kean University…Purcell only went down on strikes four times in 105 official plate appearances…In a doubleheader at New Jersey City University, Purcell finished 3-for-6 with a pair of RBIs
