BEFORE TCNJ: Played softball for the Hornets of Passaic Valley Regional High School...Was named to first-team All-County in 2021 and 2022...Passaic County Champion in 2021...Member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Born June 17, 2004...Parents are Jack and Mildred Payne...Has one sister, Teresa...Biggest athletic thrill was pitching all eight innings of the county finals and then hitting the walk-off double to win the Passaic County Tournament...Favorite pre-game meal is an everything bagel with cream cheese; favorite post-game meal is Chick-fil-A...Favorite athletes are Derek Jeter and Aaron Judge...Has a passion for dentistry.
