2016/17 Indoor- 2017 Outdoor- In her first season with the Lion’s track program, Woods gained a PR in hurdles and jumps including her first PR at the Chester Quarry Classic in the Triple Jump with a distance of 10.90m. . . At the NJAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships she raced for a PR in the 100m Hurdles with a time of 17.18 as well as jumped for a PR of 1.48m in the High Jump. . . She finished the season at the 2017 Mideast Invitational with a PR time of 1:06.58 in the 400m Hurdles. . . She earned an All-NJAC Honorable Mention for her role in the 4x400m Relay.
