Shannon Donegan joined TCNJ prior to the beginning of the 2021-22 academic year.

I know that our team will benefit from her wealth of knowledge and experience. Shannon has been a part of several highly-successful programs, and I am looking forward to learning from her and working together to bring our program to new heights.”
Donegan joined the Lions after serving time at Eastern Washington, Gonzaga, and Saint Mary’s over the course of the last eight years.
During her time at Gonzaga, Donegan was assisting in all fundraising, administrative, and public relations activities for a nationally-ranked Division I squad. She helped in the recruitment of the 2020 WCC Player of the Year, two WCC First Team honorees and one WCC All-Freshman Team honoree.
Donegan graduated from Temple in 2012 with a bachelor of science in athletic training, then earned her master of arts in sports management from San Francisco in 2015.
