Noelle Picone joined the Lions coaching staff in fall of 2016. She played four years at Fairleigh Dickinson University - Teaneck as a defender, starting all four seasons and playing in 77 career games. As a senior, she helped lead the Knights to the 2015 NEC Championship title and advance to the NCAA Championship tournament.

During her career, Picone was twice named to the All-Northeast Conference Second Team. She was also named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.
