Years of Service: 12th season
Blodgett enters his 12th season as the goalkeeper coach for The College of New Jersey. He has been integral to the success of the program, as the Lions have consistently ranked in the top 20 nationally in goals against average. TCNJ has an overall record of 185-33-21 since Blodgett's arrival, and in 2016, the Lions allowed just 0.44 goals per game en route to a 17-1-2 overall record.
In addition to his role with TCNJ, Blodgett is also the owner/director of a the highly successful Paul Blodgett Goalkeeper Training School located in Flemington, NJ. With over three decades of experience working with goalkeepers from the grass roots to world class levels, Blodgett is renowned as one of the top goalkeeper coaches across the country.
Earlier in his coaching career, Blodgett was the goalkeeper for the Rutgers University men's soccer program, as well as Sky Blue FC during the inaugural season of World Premier Soccer and New Jersey Wildcats of the Women's Soccer League.
Blodgett is the Director of Goalkeeping for the Olympic Development Program (ODP) for the New Jersey Youth Soccer and has coach five collegiate All-American goalkeepers on both the men's and women's sides.
